Responsible for the caring and educating children between the ages of 3 months to 6 years depending on the group being assigned, unless if informed by superior otherwise.

Observe, assess and record children learning experience through student management system

Encourage empathy in children and to show affection and respect for others, in order to build a caring environment in the school.

Upkeep of teaching resources, arrangement, appearance and decoration of the learning environment.

Motivating and stimulating children’s learning abilities and encouraging learning through experience.

Ensuring the health and safety of children and staff is maintained at all time during all activities.

Establish communication with parents, business and community to attract perspective clients.
-
End to end childcare and other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.

To keep records of the health, progress, accidents, injuries sustained by the children.

To maintain the cleanliness, attractiveness and safety of the physical environment, equipment, and materials.
Job Requirements:

Candidate must have 2 – 3 years working experience with children (3 months to 6 years old)

Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in education/Early childhood or equivalent will be valued

Preferably with certification on Montessori

Creative and has passion in working with children
-
Possess excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
-
Spoken and written Mandarin and any other language will be an advantage
-
Able to work well independently as well as within a team
-
Hardworking, responsible and positive attitude
-
Preferably candidates with knowledge and experience in related field.

Fresh graduates in early childhood Education (or Equivalent) are encouraged to apply
